My book drops tomorrow! It’s been a 19-month labor of love from start to this moment. In a nutshell, it’s a @Whole30 endorsed cookbook, which is already on its third printing even though it hasn’t even been released yet! Food is my love language, and this book is a guide to getting you into the kitchen with me and reigniting your passion for everyday cooking. Although the book is filled with 80 @whole30 compliant recipes, there is also a chapter of family recipes, including the special dishes my kids grew up loving, like Lucy’s Egg Salad, Patrick’s Plant-based Chili, and Roy’s Cheesy Potato Stacks. Woven throughout the book are “Teri's Tips,” some of my favorite inspirational quotes, and some amazing photos by James Beard award-winning photographer Tim Turner (no relation). I like to call it a love letter to my mother, and it is dedicated to her. My heart is so full of gratitude for all of you “Crumbles” and dedicated followers. I would absolutely not be in this moment without you. I cannot thank you enough for taking this journey with me, and I’m so thrilled to bring you along to wherever it takes us.
